OUTREACH AND SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY

In accordance with the social justice teachings for the Catholic Church,  The Catholic Community of Southwest New Hampshire offers many opportunities to reach out to our neighbors who are in need.   Our Oureach programs serve the hungry both materially and spiritually.  Whether by bringing Communion to the homebound and those in the hospital, or providing transportation or help with errands and light cleaning, or offering a helping hand through St. Vincent de Paul or Catholic Charities, the members of the Catholic Community of Southwest New Hampshire are grateful to be able to serve Christ in their brothers and sisters in need.
