KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS

This fraternal organization for Catholic men over 18 supports the principles of Charity, Unity, Fraternity and Patriotism.  Top notch insurance programs are available to all members.  Members of the Knights of Columbus (KofC) Council 6921 in Hinsdale and Councils 819 and 5414 in Keene participate in the Annual Tootsie Roll Drive benefiting individuals with intellectual challenges through donations to Cedar Crest, Monadnock Developmental Services and Monadnock Family Services.  The KofC also holds a Charity Raffle and financially supports seminarians in the Manchester Diocese.  This year, they sponsored an afternoon of bowling at Yankee Lanes for the altar servers of St. Bernard’s, St. Margaret Mary’s, Immaculate Conception and the parish of Mary, Queen of Peace.  The KofC supports the St. Joseph Regional School and St. Vincent as well as programs which support parish life:  breakfasts, picnics, weekly rosary, Lenten meals, holiday food basket distribution, spaghetti dinners and work days at the churches and school.
